Buying and selling of any kind of items may lead somebody to success or can make you a financially free person. You can start with just a little amount of capital, just be confident, make an influence. Buying and selling is a very simple business, no need to study a four year related course. Mindanao wide area are now suffering a rotating brown-out, particularly in Gen. Santos city, some people here understand the situation, but mostly didn't, because of the upcoming national election on May 2010. As of today, the brown-out time here is 3 hours in every 3 hours with electrical power, alternatively.
The reason as per declaration of the process owner of our Electrical is that the source of our power (the Maria Cristina Falls) was very low in water level because of the drought we are suffering. On the other hand, particular in Sarangani Province, there's is a project of the Government, the construction of Coal Power Plant, to help the future crisis of the Electric Power, But unfortunately some residence in that area or some member of local government opposed the project, we don't know the real score, do they understand the project or they are doing this because of politics?
Hope there motive is to help the people not to poor the people..

"Jovit Baldivino"

I was surprised when i saw the headline of the Yahoo news, I saw a young and innocent boy, a 16 years old but slightly mature..Curious and intrigue,I open the sight, It was one of the Episode of Pilipinas Got Talent. I was amazed with the performance of Jovit, the quality of the voice, the way He perform the song..I am also a music lover, one of my favorite band is Journey so more or less I know the song and the Band itself. That's a Pinoy!! Full of talent. thanks for the program of all the networks, many have given a chance and be discover..I saw also disabled guy who played a keyboard, what an extraordinary talent...amazing. Philippines is very rich in its natural resources and including here are the Talent of all the Filipino people...its world class..Hope Jovit and other Filipino will be successful someday.

Distributorship business start somewhere in 1990's. Many company go for this kind of marketing strategy. It is not costly in terms of manpower and lower risk in bad debts. The business goes like this:
The Principal (the original owner of the product/products will look for another company that will sell their finish goods. The principal company will extend discount to their distributors..extend terms and conditions, support the distributors in terms of promo and merchandising. The distributor will be the one to sell the products of the principal in the specific agreed area of responsibilities. Distributorship is simply buy and sell business, but will bound the two companies in the specific contract.

"BROWN OUTS"

Scheduled brown out were experiencing here in the entire island of Mindanao, more or less 1 hour per day, there are places wherein electric interruption were twice per day and 1 hour per scheduled brown out. The reason according to the news is the current El nino phenomenon again. Saddest moments for the farmers especially who depend on the rain for their water supply. The bottom line of this is the price increases of the farm products such as vegetables, rice, meats and etc. If you are assign in the field, you will experience severe heat of the sun..so everybody beware of heat stroke. Everyone is involved in this kind of phenomenon, the discipline on how to dispose garbage, refrain on burning plastics...use paper products, recycle if necessary. If we will not cooperate, someday we will be doom.

"AGENCY FOR EMPLOYMENT"

My friend was very sad talking to me regarding Her employment status, Shes been 3 years in the company as a "PROMO AND MERCHANDISER AS WELL".She told me that her boss told her that Her employment will end on march 2010. How sad for a Mother with 2 kids, because her hubby has no work also.
I was wondering if the Government have a plan for this kind of employment. There's no security of tenure for those who employed through agency. I hope our politicians will include in their platform the plan and the future of the employees, not only for the Employers.
Hope that the age and the physical discrimination will end in the Philippines employment.
